Global shipping outside of the US is sent via USPS or Fedex so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will calculate the shipping for your order. Please include in the email what you are interested in purchasing and where it needs to be shipped.
Please note items may at times be out of stock due to a laps in inventory online update malfunctions. In such cases, your purchase will be refunded to your account after you are contacted by a Matthew Izzo service representative through either the phone number or email address you have provided on your personal account.

Returns and Exchanges,
All returns must be approved by a Matthew Izzo representative. Return Fees. 20% restocking fee. Customer must pay for returns back to our warehouse . Refunds will be issued when items have been returned and inspected, minus the orginal shipping cost.
If an item in damaged or in shipping we require images of the packaging and item to process a return or call tag.
If an item has a defect we require images to approve an exchange .
